Standard / Raw Print
Support structures removed and edges deburred. Light layer lines visible.
Sanded & Primed
Multi-stage wet sanding to eliminate layer lines, finished with sandable high-build primer. Ready for paint.
Studio Hand-Painted
Sanded, primed, airbrushed with base coats, hand-detailed with acrylic washes, and sealed with satin/gloss clear coat.
Vapor Smoothed (ABS)
Exposed to solvent vapor to liquify outer surface, fusing layer lines for an injection-molded gloss look.
3D Modeling & Design Assistance
Do not have a completed 3D file? No problem. Our design engineers can take your hand-drawn concept sketches, orthographic dimensions, or assembly specifications and build full-fidelity parametric solid models in CAD (STEP/Fusion360) ready for slicing and printing.
